Yes. We accept returns for defective items or items delivered in error, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, and we will cover the return postage.
If you simply change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened and undamaged. You will need to pay the return postage, but we will refund the full product price and original delivery charge. Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please email contact@helpmeorganics.com within 3 working days. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including the original delivery charge.
