Hello I’m Linda, I have been an aromatherapist for 35 years and have a passion for anything to do with plants! I began to study complementary therapy on a whim and have been hooked ever since, I never stop learning, there is still so much to know.
Hello, I'm Linda, and welcome to helpmeorganics.
I'm a qualified aromatherapist with over 30 years of experience, as well as a sleep therapist, reflexologist, mindfulness practitioner, and Reiki Master Teacher. Throughout my career, I've supported people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or simply unable to switch off, especially at bedtime.
Over the years, I began to notice a common thread. Many people weren't just struggling to sleep; they were struggling to find the sense of calm and safety that allows sleep to come naturally. That understanding became the inspiration behind helpmeorganics.
My approach to wellbeing is gentle, natural, and supportive. Rather than trying to force sleep, I believe in helping to calm the nervous system and create the right conditions for the body and mind to rest. Through carefully crafted essential oil blends, simple evening rituals, and natural products, I aim to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and better able to relax.
Every blend I create has been developed using the knowledge and experience I've gained over three decades in practice. These are formulations I've trusted throughout my career, and creating my own collection of products had always been a dream. In December 2016, that dream became a reality when helpmeorganics was born.
We're a family-run, eco-conscious business based in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, where our love of nature inspires everything we do. Every product is handmade in small batches using organic, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients, free from palm oil, parabens, microbeads, and unnecessary additives.
Caring for the planet is just as important to us as caring for your wellbeing. That's why our packaging is designed to be reused, recycled, or repurposed wherever possible, and even our packing materials can be added to your compost bin, so nothing from your order needs to end up in a landfill.
At helpmeorganics, my goal is simple: to help you create moments of calm in a busy world and support your wellbeing naturally. Because when the body feels supported, relaxation comes more easily, and restful sleep often follows.
