Which postal service do you use and how much does it cost?
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for delivery and it costs £3.45, which we add on at the checkout. Delivery time will be affected by the current global situation so please be aware of this and thank you for being so understanding.
What types of payment do you accept?
On our website, we take payments via PayPal and Stripe. You can either use funds from your PayPal account or pay directly using a credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. For Stripe payments, you can pay by credit and debit cards.
I'm local and would like to collect my order from your shop in Cheshire: Simply Relaxing. Is that possible?
Yes. you can choose the have your order delivered by Royal Mail or to collect from our shop in Winsford. We do offer a local delivery service too.
Do you test on animals?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We are completely against animal testing and are very passionate about that. There is no need to. The testing we do is in a laboratory that shares these beliefs as well. We also triple check that our suppliers don't and won't test on animals.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Sadly, at the moment, not all of our products are able to be shipped outside of the UK. But, via our Etsy shop, we can ship our candles to Europe addresses.
I have an issue with an order I made. How can I fix it?
Don't worry, just contact us via our contact page and we will try our best to help you as quick as possible. We tend to send out your order the next working day so please contact us as soon as you spot your issue. As soon as the parcel has been shipped, there isn't much we can do.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Our products are 100% vegan and absolutely every single product is suitable for vegans.
