These guided meditations take a body-based approach to emotional well-being, gently connecting different areas of the body with the emotions they can hold.
Rather than focusing on the mind alone, each practice brings awareness to a specific part of the body, such as the stomach, heart, or lungs, helping to release tensions, calm the nervous system, and support emotional balance.
The series is also inspired by the yogic concept of the koshas or layers of the self, including the physical body, the breath, the emotional body, and deeper awareness.
By working through these layers gently, the meditations support a more complete sense of calm, connection, and inner steadiness.
You are not asked to change anything, only to notice, soften, and allow.
