Terms and Conditions

Please read the following conditions of sale before placing an order on our website, Helpmeorganics reserves the right, at any time, to modify these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale apply to the agreement between helpmeorganics and you for the purchase and supply of our products.

Orders

By confirming your order, you agree to our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by our Conditions of Sale, you are making an offer to purchase the Products(s) which you have specified in your shopping basket.  Our website is designed to give you every opportunity to check all personal details before you finally place your order.  All orders are subject to acceptance by Helpmeorganics.  Within one working day of our receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, along with your order reference number.  This number should be retained for future reference.  Any acceptance of your order by Helpmeorganics is subject to these conditions of sale and to the availability of stock.  Helpmeorganics reserves the right to withdraw any Products from the website shop and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time.  Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, Helpmeorganics will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of Helpmeorganics withdrawing any Product or refusing any order.

Accounts

If you create an account on our website, your username and email address  will be stored in the site database. Passwords are converted to an anonymised string (also called a hash), through the use of a one-way encryption algorithm,  and it is only this customised string that is securely stored by the site. The password itself cannot be accessed  or re-created from the hash - by us or anybody else. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time

Price and Payment

All prices are quoted in £ sterling. Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for Products that you order are as set out on the Website at the time at which you place your orders.  Payment may be made using PayPal only. You confirm that the PayPal account is yours.

We accept credit/debit cards which are processed by PayPal via a secure on-line encrypted payment system.

Description of products

 The Products depicted in the Website shop are as seen.  The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow.  Helpmeorganics does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style.

Cancellation and Returns

We will accept returns on defective items or items delivered in error as long as we are informed within 48 hours of receipt of the item/items.  We will happily refund your costs in returning it to us.  The items must be returned in the condition in which you received it/them within 30 days of delivery.

If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery  charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will only be issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition.

Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods are different to your order, we will send you a replacement  or a full refund of the original amount and including the original delivery charge. Please email contact@helpmeorganics.com within 3 working days of receiving the items  to advise us of the discrepancy.

Your right to cancel as a consumer

If you are a consumer you have a right to change your mind and cancel the order at any time up to the expiry of seven working days after delivery of the products. You must though take reasonable care of the Products and they will have to be returned to us at your own cost. You can only return to us products whose individual packaging has been unopened. If you have opened the individual packaging then you lose the right at that moment because it is no longer possible for us to accept the products back and resell it. Please note that items(s) returned to us for reasons not due to our error or defective Products will not have return postages/shipping costs refunded. We will try to carry out our responsibilities under this agreement as soon as practicable and within 30days of your order. If we do not carry out our responsibilities within that period, we will tell you and refund, no later than 60 days after your order, any money that you may have paid to us, you may, if you prefer, extend the time in whi8ch we carry out our responsibilities. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms above

Returned item(s) - Lost in transit

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.  As you are responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages by Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery

Refunds and replacements

For items (s) returned to us within 30 days of delivery with the appropriate return’s authorisation code and in accordance with these terms and conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed with 14 working days of receipt of the returned items.  A refund will be made using PayPal.  If you would like a replacement, this will be to your original product specification as detailed on your original order.

Delivery

Helpmeorganics will deliver the products ordered by you the address which you give for delivery when you place your order.  You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address.  Delivery charges may apple and are as laid out on the Delivery details page.  Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within five working days of our receipt of your order (UK standard).  If you are not in to sign for the parcel, our carrier may it leave it at your nearest post office for you to collect.  In instances where you give an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and this results in the returns f a parcel to us, we will refund you the sales value of the goods less the sum of the outward carriage fee and the carriers parcel returns fee.  The carriers parcel return fee is stated on the delivery details page.

Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Helpmeorganics maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the products in question (Payment Amount), Helpmeorganics shall not in any event be liable to you for any direct loss in excess of the payment amount. Nothing in these conditions of sale shall exclude or limit the liability of helpmeorganics for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Force majeure

Helpmeorganics shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises

Brand Identity

If you want to use our logo, images and product titles in any editorial or advertising, we would ask that you ask us first and then tag us in. 

Subscription boxes

We love being included in subscription boxes, we do have a price list so please get in touch. If you have stock left, please do let us know if you intend to sell them. They must be sold at our RRP unless we agree to a discounted price.

Please do not replace the labels on our products with your own,  as a lot of work has gone into producing them and we will not be happy.  Helpmeorganics is our brand name and we own our label designs, images, recipes, please do not copy.
