When you are struggling with a cough and cold or sinus congestion, it can be tricky to breathe properly and often we breathe through our mouths. We have created a Breathe Easy Balm to help with this. Decongestant eucalyptus,. tea tree, peppermint, lavender and tangerine essential oils have antiseptic, antiviral properties, apply a small amount to your chest area to help you sleep better.

Our final balm is the perfect Muscle Balm. Made with anti inflammatory essential oils of juniper berry, pine, sweet marjoram, lavender and lemon, this balm will soothe and calm your muscles after a workout or if you have been working too much and struggle with muscle pain. Using a small amount, work the balm into your muscles using the palm of your hand
