Make plans for 2024

the little things? The little moments? They aren’t little
— Jon Kabat-Zinn

Where did 2023 go? Happy New year to you and we hope this year is filled with laughter, excitement and lots of fun. What do you have planned? We have so much planned for this year and we can’t wait to tell you!

January is mid-winter,perfect for setting your intention for the coming months, the darkness of January invites us to stay home, snuggled and warm but January is a most intuitive month as a fresh new year brings clarity of thought like no other month, that freshness on New Years Day is never equalled or bettered so embrace it.

January is a time for reflection, for thinking inwards on how we are feeling, our hopes, it is a time for quietness and for calm, this allows your mind to breathe, to let out a sigh which releases tension from the business of December.

Contrary to popular belief, January is not a time for making big changes, diets, exercise plans, it is a time for rest, comtemplation and for dreaming of what lies ahead. Our dreams at the beginning of a cycle set our intentions for the time ahead and this is a very important process to begin and as there is a new moon on the 11th january, its a perfect time to plan.

Each month, I will suggest a blend for the month. This month we are celebrating the Festival of Sleep month. We have blended organic essential oils of petitgrain, ginger, eucalyptus and lavender to help you drift off to a better sleep.

Simply add 2 drops daily to the aromastone and enjoy the scent next to your bed as the stone requires no water or electricity to diffuse the oils.

What do we have planned for 2024?

  • I understand that Christmas has just ended but we are busy getting ready for Mothers Day in March. We have created a beautiful gift box filled with a mini spring reed diffuser and a floral diffuser flower, we will also add a 75g candle too. The “help me say hello to spring” scent is very popular and ideal for celebrating Mothers Day and spring's arrival.

  • We are redesigning some of our gift boxes, its exciting to play with the combinations.

  • The room sprays are discontinuing for 2024 as we search for plastic free spray tops.

  • Therapy balms will finally arrive on the shelves this Spring, made with organic ingredients and ideal to replenish any area that feels dry.

  • This year, we will be launching a brand new product but its still under wraps just now!

  • We are creating refils for our candles, still 250g of pure organic aromatherapy but now you will beable to keep hold of the container and simply pop in a new candle. Our candles will be back in stock later this month.

  • the price increase came into effect today. I am working so hard to keep our costs down but it was impossible to keep them unchanged.

  • And so to shop have closed their marketplace so our shop there has now closed
