aromatherapy blends used in all my products—formulas that I crafted during my years in the

1. Goods & Intellectual Property
All product formulations, recipes, labels and branding remain the intellectual property of Helpmeorganics. Labels must not be removed, and products must not be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered or resold. By placing an order, you agree not to replicate or distribute our formulations. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to amend product specifications where required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Where such amendments materially affect the nature or quality of the Goods, customers will be notified and may cancel their order.
2. Orders & Contract
Orders placed via our website or telephone constitute a contract once accepted by us. Orders are processed within three (3) working days. You will receive confirmation of dispatch. If any issue arises with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we cancel or amend an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
3. Pricing & Website Accuracy
Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information or cancel orders without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Payments
We do not store payment information. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for further information.
CONDITIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL THERAPY USE
A full client consultation form (including medical history, allergies and medications) must be completed prior to treatment. Helpmeorganics accepts no responsibility where this requirement is not followed.
An allergy skin patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours before treatment.
Our essential oil blends and massage oils are not suitable for use during pregnancy, certain medical conditions, or during cancer treatment.
Candles must never be left unattended or placed near flammable materials. Helpmeorganics accepts no liability for misuse or resulting damage.
Marketing Support
We are pleased to support your business with promotional materials. You may request posters, literature, or approved images for professional use.

We lovingly prepare many of our products fresh to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping option.

We are not certified organic or vegan; however, we carefully source our ingredients from trusted suppliers, many of whom hold recognised organic and vegan certifications.

We’re so sorry if this happens. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes. Custom or bespoke products cannot be cancelled.
