The benefits of rose damask are many. It is very calming, eases feelings of anxiety, improves our emotional wellbeing and soothes your thoughts. When blended with lavender and geranium leaf, this blend is perfect to slow your thoughts and help you to unwind so you feel at garden pace. We have added pink grapefruit to lighten the blend and add some zesty energy, afterall its okay to kick your shoes off and have a snooze but you have to get up sometime!
We have used a 10ml green glass bottle with a handy dropper top.
We suggest 2 drops on the aromastone or diffuser to begin with and build to your preferred strength.
If you are adding the blend to your massage medium, add 1 drop per 10ml of oil. PLEASE DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT
