“help me have a mindful of calm” soy candle is made with thought calming organic essential oils of frankincense, geranium bourbon and lavender to help you feel less anxious.
In today’s busy lifestyles we spend too long living in our heads, whether it’s worrying about the past or fearing the future. It is vital to remain in the present, this way we can become aware of how our body is feeling. To learn how to breathe properly is key to staying in control of our emotions. When we were designing this scent, we wanted to provide a blend of essential oils to bring comfort to those who struggle with anxiety.
By combining frankincense, geranium bourbon and lavender with mindful breathing techniques we hope to help you to remain aware of how you are feeling and to be happy to let your thoughts settle to your breathing. Meditation is a powerful means of allowing your thoughts to calm your breath to be rhythmic and your body happy to relax. By being aware of how you feel, without judgment, is a wonderful way of letting go.
Our 150g candles have a burn time of around 35 hours.
When you light your soy candle for the first time, it is important to allow the complete top surface of the candle to completely melt, from edge to edge. If you only allow the top layer to partially melt, the wax will remember this and will only burn the same area causing “tunneling”, this is known as a “memory ring”. We suggest a maximum burn time of 3 hours and please trim the wick and remove any debris from the previous burn. Never leave a lit candle unattended, in easy reach of children and animals. Keep away from flammable materials and surfaces. Tin may get hot.
