By combining Frankincense, Geranium Bourbon and lavender with Mindful breathing techniques we hope to help you to remain aware if how you are feeling and to be happy to let your thoughts settle to your breathing. This little gem is ideal to be massaged onto your abdomen if you struggle with IBS, anxiety, panic attacks. By gently massaging your stomach in a clockwise direction, you will notice that your breathing slows, your mind calms and you are back in control. Perfect to be applied after a bath before bed to help you sleep well. We use organic unrefined carrier oils of Apricot kernel,  Grapeseed and Jojoba oils to provide your skin with nutritious moisturiser.
