We have designed a Wellness Therapy Gift Box to help ease tense muscles, give you a little motivation and help bring a balance of energy. In the box, you will find a massage oil, candle, vegan body brush and mindfulness guidance cards.

The blend used in the massage oil and candle is “help me, they say exercise is good for you”. Made with

  • Juniper Berry - cleanses, energises and packed full of antioxidants

  • Pine - helps to clear your head, clarity of thinking

  • Sweet marjoram - helps to relax our emotions and bring a feeling of peace. Good for headaches too

  • Lavender - eases restlessness, allows you to be happy to be still

  • Lemon - refreshing, zesty and energetic

We use organic carrier oils of jojoba, apricot kernel and grapeseed in our massage oils, they are highly nutritious, easily absorbed by the skin, leaving a soft and silky feel.

You will also find a 75g soy candle, perfect for the office or study to help you through the afternoon slump. You don’t need to light the candle, the essential oils will diffuse on their own. Please do not leave a lit candle unattended, in easy reach of children and pets, near flammable surfaces or materials. Tin may get hot.

We have created the perfect regime for you to adopt to help you feel at your very best. Exercise is key to a happy mind and body. A daily walk helps to clear your mind, your pace may begin fast due to a stressful day but as you walk, you will notice that your shoulders soften and your pace slows to a comfortable pace. Make sure you notice everything you past by, the tress, clouds, people and smile.

your daily routine begins…

  • before your shower, body brush in an upwards direction to gently exfoliate your skin. The bodybrush is made with FSc Beechwood and plant based bristles. Body brushing also clears toxins and delivers fresh blood and nutrients to your organs, your circulation will be improved and you will feel ready to seize the day.

  • After your shower, apply the massage oil to rehydrate your skin. The massage oil will help to ease tight muscles and is perfect post sport

  • Drink plenty of water and enjoy the scent from the candle.

  • You will find a Mindfulness guidance card, we have written two mindfulness meditations for you to practise. Try to do this daily at first, then as often as you can.

Mindful Walk

  • You can do this walk with family and friends or on your own. You can choose where you do your walk, always walk somewhere you feel happy and safe.

  • Begin by walking silently for 5-10 minutes, really focusing on what is around you and bringing your attention to your breath, movement of your body and the environment around you.

  • Be aware of how you walk, the roll of your foot as it touches the surface, the feel of your muscles and the roll of your body. Spend time being aware of how you swing your arms.

  • Now listen to the sounds as you walk. Maybe you are walking in nature or along the road.

  • Notice the colours, smells, objects as you walk.

  • Being happy with how you are moving and how you are feeling.

  • As you become mindful, you can talk to your companion if you want to. If not, continue in silence, being aware of everything.
