  • Things I need to know:

    Before your Massage

    • dont eat a heavy meal beforehand

    • try and be on time

    • please let me know if the pressure is okay and if you have any areas that are sensitive or tense

    After your massage

    • drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins

    • leave any oils on your skin and hair for as long as possible

    • stay out of direct sunlight until you have showered

    • dont get up from the bed too quickly. The time relaxing is just as important as the treatment

    • eat a light meal or snack to energise

    • relax in your own way - have a nap, read a book or watch a cute film

    • you may feel a little emotional so be prepared to give yourself breathing space

  • If you are coming from Winsford

    From the oversquare roundabout at the top of the bypass, take the 3rd exit onto Delamere St, Chester Road is a natural continuation. Landmarks - the salon is opposite Junction Autopark car sales and the fairways estate. You can park on the road outside the salon

    Chester Road is on the B5074 and the salon is on your right

  • I offer a Gift Promise Voucher instead — I find it gives more flexibility and, with no expiry date, there’s less pressure to use it.

    The Promise Vouchers work by you “promising” to pay for their treatment once they book in, or you can include the payment with the voucher if you prefer. Many recipients like to keep hold of their voucher money and enjoy choosing what they’d like to have later on.

    I have Gift Promise Vouchers available in the shop if you’d like one.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    APPOINTMENTS

    • Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment where possible. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
    • If you are running late, please text 07591 161930 as soon as possible.
    • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
    • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a missed appointment, and I reserve the right to charge for the appointment in full.
    • Appointment reminders are sent the day before your treatment. If you are unable to attend, please notify me as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to another client.

    RECEIPTS

    • A full written invoice or receipt is available on request.
    • Receipts can only be issued for the person and treatment that has been paid for.

    CHILDREN

    • Children may accompany you to your appointment but must remain under your direct supervision at all times due to hazardous chemicals within the salon.
    • To comply with Health & Safety regulations, children must remain with you throughout your visit. I accept no responsibility for their behaviour or safety.
    • In line with insurance requirements, treatments are not available to anyone under 16 years of age.
    • Products will not be sold to children who are, or appear to be, under 16 years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

    GIFT PROMISE VOUCHERS

    • Traditional gift vouchers are not offered. Gift Promise Vouchers are available and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Gift Promise Vouchers must be used within the stated validity period.

    COURSES

    • All treatment courses must be paid for in full prior to commencement.
    • Courses must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
    • Missed appointments may, at my discretion, result in a reduction of treatments from your course.

    MOBILE PHONES

    • To ensure a calm and relaxing environment, clients are asked to switch mobile phones and electronic devices to silent unless essential.

    PRICES

    • Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).

    SPECIAL OFFERS

    • I reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions, offers, or promotional pricing at any time without notice.

    HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

    • Clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment and to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and changes in health.
    • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
    • Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the suitability of treatments, and I cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from undisclosed or inaccurate information.
    • Treatments may be refused or adapted if they are deemed unsuitable or unsafe in accordance with professional training and insurance requirements.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    • All client records and consultation forms are stored securely and retained for seven years, after which they are commercially shredded in accordance with Federation of Holistic Therapists and data protection guidelines.
    • Card payments are processed in compliance with PCI DSS requirements. Card details are never stored.
    • Personal information shared during consultations, purchases, online bookings, or via social media will never be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
    • All reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information and reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

    REFUSAL OF BOOKINGS & TREATMENTS

    • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments or treatments without providing a reason, in line with professional standards and insurance requirements.
    • Abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.
