When everything feels too loud
A gentle space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
I'm so glad you're here.
I created this ritual to support you through those moments when life feels a little too much. There isn't anything you need to achieve here. Just a few quiet moments to help your body soften and your mind slow down
I created this ritual to support you through those moments when life feels a little too much. There isn't anything you need to achieve here. Just a few quiet moments to help your body soften and your mind slow down.
Begin by taking a moment with your oil blend. Pause. Breathe in the aroma. Let it gently bring you back to the present.
When you're ready, press play on the Somatic Meditation. Simply listen, follow my voice, and allow yourself to be guided.
Your massage oil, scalp oil, therapy balm, and Vagus Nerve Meditation are here whenever you need them. Return to this ritual as often as it feels helpful.
Calm the Mind Daily Audio
What is a Somatic Practise?
A somatic practise is a gentle way of working with the body to support how you feel.
Instead of trying to think your way to calm, you begin by listening to your body.
Using simple movements, touch, and breath, you can release tension, feel more grounded, and begin to settle naturally
The Ritual
Step 1 - Create the Moment
Begin by applying 2 drops of the oil blend to the aromastone
Allow the scent to signal a pause
A quiet moment just for you
Step 2 - Come Back to Your Body
A gentle somatic practise
Using soft movement, tapping and stretching to release tensions, and support your body
Step 3 - Calm the Mind
A quiet guided meditation
Designed to slow your breath, settle your thoughts and create a sense of calm and safety
Vagus Nerve
The vagus nerve plays an important role in helping your body move out of stress and into a calmer, more settled state.
Slow breathing and gentle sound can support this, helping your body feel safe, relaxed, and at ease
How this ritual may feel
A softening in your body
A slower, steadier breath
A quieter, less busy mind
A sense of being more grounded and supported
This is not about doing anything perfectly

-
Geranium Bourbon essential oil is loved in aromatherapy for its harmonising, uplifting aroma and its ability to bring a sense of balance when emotions feel unsettled. Its soft floral scent is often used to support emotional wellbeing, helping to soothe feelings of tension, encourage inner harmony, and create a greater sense of calm and stability
-
Lavender essential oil is renowned for its deeply calming and restorative aroma, making it a timeless favourite for relaxation and stress relief. A note from Linda
We live so much of our lives in our minds, surrounded by constant stimulation, noise, and endless demands.
Let me help you step away from the busyness and into a moment where time can slow down — even if only for a little while. A space to breathe, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
You don’t need to do this perfectly. Simply follow gently, listen inwardly, and allow your body to lead.
“Return to this ritual whenever you need a moment to pause and come back to yourself”
