When we were designing this scent, we wanted to provide a blend of essential oils to bring comfort to those who struggle with anxiety. By combining Frankincense, Geranium bourbon and lavender with Mindful breathing techniques we hope to help you to remain aware if how you are feeling and to be happy to let your thoughts settle to your breathing. If you suffer from anxiety attacks, place 2-3 drops of our Aromatherapy blend on a tissue and inhale, Frankincense is a renown essential oil to calm panic attacks. Place a bowl of water in your bedroom with 3-4 drops to help with a goodnight sleep, this works for children although I would place the bowl on the landing.
